START WITH WHAT YOU’VE NOTICED

A closer look.
A better starting point.

You don’t have to know the species. Tell us what you’re seeing, where it is and how long it has been happening.

PEST NOTES / 01

Unwelcome webbing?
Let’s look at the setting.

Sheds, outdoor furniture, eaves and sheltered corners can all be part of a spider enquiry. Tell us where you’ve noticed activity and which areas matter most to you.

  • Where the webs or spiders are appearing
  • How often you are noticing them

YOUR PROPERTY. YOUR PRIORITIES.

A considered plan,
with everyday life in mind.

Tell us about children, pets and any sensitive areas before a visit. Preparation and any access restrictions are discussed in relation to the work proposed.

If the property is rented or you’re away, we can discuss access with your authorised local contact. Scope, price and arrangements are agreed before work proceeds.

A CONSIDERED APPROACH

Simple steps.
Thoughtful care.

Every property is different.
That’s where we start.

01

Tell us about your place.

A few details about the property and what you’ve noticed give us a useful starting point. You can begin with an email.

02

Agree a practical plan.

We’ll discuss the problem, access and the work proposed. You know the scope and price before work is agreed.

03

Know what comes next.

Preparation and follow-up are part of the conversation. If you’re away, we can agree how you’d like to stay informed.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Good questions.
Clear answers.

All questions & answers
Do I need to know which pest or weed it is?

No. Describe what you have noticed and where. A clear photo can be helpful, but you do not need to identify it yourself. The next step may include a closer look at the property.

What about children, pets and sensitive areas?

Mention children, pets, ponds, food-growing areas and any other concerns before a visit. Any preparation, access restrictions and return times depend on the work being proposed and will be discussed as part of the plan.

How long will a treatment take?

Timing varies with the property, the issue and the agreed work. Include the approximate size of the affected area in your enquiry. We’ll discuss the expected visit and any preparation beforehand.
