Nathan Ratcliff’s background includes five years working as an employee in pest and weed control. When that business closed, existing customers began coming to him directly.
He continued as a sole trader under the name Redbacks Pest and Weed Control. That history shapes a straightforward approach: understand the property, discuss the work clearly and keep the customer involved.
